In the third game of the men’s basketball group match of the Universiade, the Chinese team lost to Chinese Taipei with 84-97 and suffered 3 consecutive defeats. In this game, the Chinese team led by 12 points in the first half, but it has been suppressed by opponents since then, and was overturned in the second half. This is not the first time that Chinese basketball has lost to the provincial team. The previous Manila tragedy and the defeat of the champion team in the high school, together with this game, once again made people realize our problems more clearly.
